These days, whatever magazine you flip through on the bus while you're going to work or sitting on a bench at the park on a relaxing sunny afternoon, it's practically impossible not to see her face. Guess who I'm talking about? Not yet? Well, here's another clue: She is only seventeen and 6 feet. tall and still managed to be the face of many advertisements such as the Marc Jacobs fragrance Lola. Yes, you're probably right by now (although you have have just known by the title :) ) she's Karlie Kloss! This American model and ballet dancer , born on August 3 1992 in Chicago, has been lately one of my favorite models.
Karlie Kloss was first discovered in St.Louis at a charity fashion show at the age of 13, and was inspired and encouraged by one of her Elementary teachers. She first signed with Elite Model Management in 2007, before switching to NEXT Model Management in 2008. Since then, she has walked for numerous designers in international catwalks of Milan, Paris, London and New York such as Karl Lagerfeld, Valentino, Bottega Venetta, Doilce&Gabbana, Donna Karan, and Marc Jacobs.
Karlie Kloss for Numero Magazine #122, April 2010:
Vogue China February 2010
She has also appeared in many editorials including of Vogue US, Teen Vogue, Vogue UK, W magazine, and Numero, to name a few. This American supermodel has been on the front cover of many magazines of Vogue Kore, Vogue Portugal, and I talian Vogue. The cover of the Teen Vogue issue of May 2010 is her latest project where she is featured in the cover story as well." My entire school career I've been like three feet taller than everyone in my grade. They're just now starting to grow, so I'm very happy about that!" says Karlie Kloss in Teen Vogue's cover story (source).
Obviously, her gazelle-like legs have helped her to be known for her stand out runway walk.

She is also known for her inquisitively arched eyebrows that make her face look interesting and give her that death stare which so many people would die for.
Kloss is aqlso the face of one of my favorite campaignsthis season, Hermes.
Overall, what are your opinions about Karlie Kloss? Do you like or dislike her? If you would like to know more about her TeenVogue's next moths' issue will probably tell you everything you want to know.
